Cancellation & refund policy

Each rate plan carries its own cancellation window, shown on the room card, at checkout and on your voucher.

Free-cancellation rates

Cancel before the free-cancellation date and everything you paid is refunded. After that date, the first night (plus GST) is charged.

Non-refundable rates

These rates are cheaper because they can’t be refunded. No-shows are charged in full.

Part-paid bookings

Refunds are calculated on the amount actually paid across all instalments. Unpaid balance is never charged after cancellation.

Refund timelines

UPI and wallets: 2–4 working days. Cards and netbanking: 5–7 working days.
