Yes, at hotels that allow it. Each hotel sets a minimum (for example 25%). Pay the balance in one or more instalments from My Bookings → Payments, or at the hotel.
My Bookings shows paid vs balance on every booking. The Payments tab lists every advance, instalment and refund with transaction IDs.
Save your GSTIN under Profile → GST details, or add it at checkout. The invoice is issued in your company’s name.
The refund amount is shown before you confirm a cancellation. It goes back to the original payment method in 5–7 working days.
Listing prices are before tax. GST is added at checkout: 5% for rooms up to ₹7,500 per night and 18% above.
